SpaceWorks Web BusinessManager Suite enables Global 2000 manufacturers, distributors and supplier-driven marketplaces to sell their products on the Web with our industrial-strength application solution. The following applications are available in the Web BusinessManager Suite:

SpaceWorks OrderManager, as the foundation of the Suite, automates all of a company's mission-critical, complex order-related activities. It makes 24x7, real-time Web-based order submission, tracking and management possible. Your business buyers can place orders, check inventory availability, track orders, verify account status - all in real-time - through seamless integration with multiple, disparate back-end ERP or legacy systems. Convenient wireless and offline access options are also available.

New OrderManager features include:

  • Catalog Internationalization: Displays catalogs in multiple languages, including double-byte (e.g., Chinese, Japanese), and currencies.
  • Services Ordering: Allows purchase of product-related services, such as installation.
  • Expanded Customer Survey Capabilities: Enables customer surveys to be created in different languages. Survey profiles and reports based on aggregated data can also be generated.

SpaceWorks MarketingManager
SpaceWorks MarketingManager allows you to personalize marketing messages and promotions on your Web BusinessManager Suite based B2B web sales channel. You can even send your business customers personalized e-mails that alert them to time-sensitive buying opportunities and provide all the information they need to act immediately. All the information you need to build actionable client profiles can be captured using MarketingManager, including account attributes, account activity, order/clicking history and promotion response. You can also apply rules-based personalization to define exactly when a marketing message or buying opportunity (e.g., product upgrade or cross-sell offer) should be presented to a business buyer and in what form.

New MarketingManager features include:

  • Expanded Customer Profiling: Incorporates information about your customers' online activities, such as order and clicking history, into your customer profiles.

Its open, scalable architecture allows you to link individual inventory, ordering, procurement and shipping databases together in real-time via the Internet, without rewriting code or changing databases.

IntegrationManager also provides out-of-the-box integration of the Suite to multiple back-end systems, including ERP, legacy and even home grown systems. In addition, it provides fast, seamless integration to e-Marketplaces and buyer procurement systems.

New IntegrationManaager features include:

  • 3rd-Party EAI Integration: Supports the connection of the Suite to any third-party EAI solution. This leverages the seller's EAI solution of choice to provide complete integration between the Suite and back-end systems, e-Marketplaces and buyer procurement systems.
  • WebMethods B2B: Integrates the Suite with third-party and buyer procurement systems as well as e-Marketplaces
  • WebMethods Enterprise: Integrates the Suite with the seller's back-end systems.
  • Commerce One Adapter: Integrates the Suite with the Commerce One procurement systems and e-Marketplaces.
