Using familiar business terms and a simple drag-and-drop web interface, your staff can create queries, format reports and share the results over the web. Reports can also be scheduled or triggered by business events within your back-end or OrderManager databases. In addition, a user can "burst" a single report containing the correct information for each recipient.

ReportManager is automatically updated whenever data changes in SpaceWorks OrderManager® or other Web BusinessManager Suite applications. Users see the most current data every time a report is opened or refreshed. A set of pre-defined, canned reports is available as well as the ability to generate ad hoc reports and analysis. Access to ReportManager options can be restricted based on user permission.

You can opt to offer "canned" reporting and analysis capabilities to your buyers from directly within SpaceWorks OrderManager®. With this added feature, your buyers can use your site's online reports to view and analyze their own buying trends, ordering history and more. Report access can be restricted based on the buyer's privilege profile.

Measure Your Marketing's Effectiveness
If your SpaceWorks Web BusinessManager Suite includes our MarketingManager application, you can use ReportManager to create marketing profile reports. By querying MarketingManager data, you can analyze your buyer profile information to target and improve your online promotions.

As a fully-integrated component of your Web BusinessManager Suite, ReportManager can fully utilize all the information from within your Web-based sales channel and back-end systems. All of its querying and reporting are performed over the web via a single user interface, offering unique enterprise reporting advantages.
