SpaceWorks Announces Entegris As Newest B2B Client

Microelectronics Materials Integrity Management Firm To Use SpaceWorks Web BusinessManager Suite

Rockville, MD and Chaska, MN -- December 27, 2000 -- SpaceWorks, Inc, a leading business-to-business sell-side Web commerce software company, today announced that Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTG), a leading provider of materials integrity management solutions to the microelectronics industry, has licensed the SpaceWorks Web BusinessManager Suite to establish an industrial- strength B2B solution.

Using the Suite, Entegris will conduct Web commerce with its worldwide customers. These customers will have Web access to Entegris’ comprehensive CFMSolutions and CynergyOnline product selection tools in the first phase of the launch. Users will be able to search and review products, to submit orders and to conduct a variety of real-time Web-based transactions. These will include immediate order and shipment tracking, up-to- the-minute inventory availability, and customer price checks. This will be made possible through seamless integration of the Suite to Entegris’ existing SAP back-end systems. Subsequent phases of the Web commerce solution will expand functionality and add the ICTray and DiskCare product selection tools.
