E-commerce software company Spaceworks is slated Wednesday to unveil a partnership with Intel to work together on developing new Spaceworks software. The deal, which doesn't involve an investment by Intel, is not as comprehensive as Intel's deal with Ariba, an online procurement company that has secured an investment by Intel. Ariba concentrates on business procurement, while Spaceworks' software is targeted to business suppliers.
