By Tim Clark Sterling Commerce has signed an OEM agreement with SpaceWorks to use version 3.0 of SpaceWorks' OrderManager e-commerce software for Sterling Commerce's Commerce:Interact service. That service provides secure Web-based catalogs and order processing for business-to-business transactions to supplement Sterling Commerce's secure private network for electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions. EDI automates transactions by sending them directly from computer to computer.
