David
MacSwain
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr.
MacSwain holds nearly 30 years of experience in strategic marketing,
systems and product development for well-known hardware and software
companies. In his role as chief executive officer since June 1996,
Mr. MacSwain oversees SpaceWorks' executive staff, ensuring the
Company's continued leadership role in the sell-side business-to-business
software market. Before joining SpaceWorks, Mr. MacSwain was senior
vice president of marketing and technology at Software AG, one of
the world's largest software application companies. In this position,
he directed the strategic marketing for the firm's entire product
line, which generated in excess of $500 million in annual revenues.
Prior to Software AG, Mr. MacSwain was senior group marketing manager
of Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), where he developed and delivered
the company's marketing strategy for the integration of DEC's computing
system with the IBM mainframe environment. He is a regular author
and speaker for the industry. In addition, Mr. MacSwain serves on
several boards, including OpenNetwork Technologies, a national industry
leader in eBusiness and directory service software; Intersect Software
Corporation, a developer of enterprise scale R&D/Engineering
software applications; and WebCritical Technologies, Inc., a leading
developer of B2B exchanges, corporate exchanges and e-Business systems
for Fortune 2000 companies and the financial services market.

Keith
Enstice
Chief Operating Officer
Mr.
Enstice has served as a high-tech business development and product
marketing leader since 1977, with a focus on the business-to-business
marketplace. Mr. Enstice directs the daily operations associated
with the Company's growth strategy, market expansion and product
development. For the past sixteen years, Mr. Enstice's career included
executive positions at Manugistics where he led the company from
its infancy in the pre-Web days to a $180 million supply chain planning
software leader. While at Manugistics, Mr. Enstice served as senior
vice president of sales and consulting, and also held key positions
in marketing and alliance programs. Mr. Enstice's background also
includes a six-year tenure in the telecommunications industry, where
he served in various sales and marketing management roles at Sprint.
Chris
King
Chief Financial Officer
Mr.
King has over 13 years of financial management and reporting, strategic
planning and capital fund raising experience in both emerging and
well-established companies. In his role as chief financial officer,
Mr. King oversees SpaceWorks external funding efforts, while directing
all aspects of finance reporting, business planning and cash management.
Prior to joining SpaceWorks, Mr. King was chief financial officer
at start-up telecommunications firm Facilicom International, where
he closed a $300 million SEC public debt offering, helping to grow
the company's $10M annual revenues in 1996 to more than $500M in
less than three years. King also served as CFO of the World Access
Telecommunications Services Group and held various management positions
at Bell Atlantic.

Lindsay
Ridgeway
Chief Technology Officer
Mr.
Ridgeway has more than 30 years of experience in software development.
Mr. Ridgeway is a co-founder of SpaceWorks and chief architect for
the Company's business-to-business sell-side technology. In this
role, he also directs the Company's future product technology. Mr.
Ridgeway founded a number of niche software firms during the 1970's
and '80's and is an expert in computer languages and compilers,
communications, client/server computing, and Internet commerce technologies.
He is a frequent author on EC technologies and often serves as an
expert speaker at leading industry trade shows and conferences.
William
Ek
Vice President, Alliances & West Coast Operations
Mr.
Ek has over twenty-five years of experience in marketing, finance,
manufacturing and distribution, business systems integration, and
change management. He has worked in both the consumer and commercial
sectors, including international business. As vice president of
alliances, Mr. Ek oversees the planning and execution of SpaceWorks
alliance strategy with key technology vendors, consulting partners,
application services providers, and content providers, including
exploring new channels for the delivery, installation and implementation
of SpaceWorks products. Prior to Joining SpaceWorks, Mr. Ek held
executive positions in both industry and public accounting sectors
including executive roles at McDonald's Corporation, Sears Roebuck,
and Andersen Consulting. He most recently was the partner in charge
of the Silicon Valley high technology practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP.

Apostolos
T. (Paul) Eliopoulos
Vice President of Professional Services
Mr.
Eliopoulos has over 20 years of professional services experience
in systems integration, network transformation, business process
re-engineering, and consulting involving complex global implementations.
Mr. Eliopoulos oversees the SpaceWorks Professional Services team,
guiding them through client-focused initiatives as they produce
total Web BusinessManager Suite solutions that meet each client's
corporate objectives and rapid-deployment requirements. Prior to
joining SpaceWorks, Mr. Eliopoulos was a client partner at AT&T
Solutions Interactive Networking Practice, where he was responsible
for re-engineering business processes that transformed the company's
Interactive Voice Services Business Unit into a $38 million, profitable
line of business. During his career, Mr. Eliopoulos has also held
executive positions at a number of international management consulting
and systems integration companies, including Arthur Young, Arthur
Andersen and Cambridge Technology Partners.
Clark
French
Vice President of Engineering
Mr.
French has over 20 years of experience in product development, working
for both large-scale software companies and smaller software startups.
In his role as vice president of engineering, Mr. French directs the
day-to-day operations of SpaceWorks world-class Product Development
organization, as well as oversees product delivery commitments and
new technology selections. Prior to joining SpaceWorks, Mr. French
co-founded Expressway Technologies, Inc., a Boston-based software
start-up specializing in business intelligence and data warehousing.
Upon Expressway's acquisition by Sybase, Mr. French stayed on to help
run the business under the product name Sybase-IQ, where he was instrumental
in growing that business unit dramatically for Sybase.

Elizabeth
Sara
Vice President of Marketing
Ms.
Sara has nearly 20 years of marketing experience, most of which
has involved pioneering companies in the business-to-business electronic
information market sector. As co-founder and vice president of marketing,
Ms. Sara developed the Company's marketing strategy and manages
the corporate marketing and public relations group. Ms. Sara's career
has focused on managing the marketing operations for companies spearheading
the electronic information age - including numerous successful start-ups,
turn-arounds and companies making the transition from private to
public. She has held executive positions at America Online, United
Press International, and LEXIS/NEXIS, to name a few. She is a regular
author for numerous computer trade and business publications, and
frequent speaker at industry conferences geared to electronic commerce
issues. Ms. Sara is a founding member of the organizing board of
NVTC's CEO Mindshare, a member of the Executive Committee of the
Potomac Council of American Electronics Association, and a member
of the Editorial Advisory Board of Potomac Tech Journal and Vice
Chairman of the Board of the Summer Opera Theatre Company.
