Michael
Daniels
Mr.
Daniels has 25 years of high-tech experience and a proven track
record of building high-growth businesses. He became Chairman of
Network Solutions, the world's leading registrar of Internet domain
names, in March, 1995, acquiring Network Solutions on behalf of
SAIC, and in 1997, led the company through a successful IPO. Mr.
Daniels has been a champion for Virginia's technology industry since
he joined SAIC in 1986, where he currently serves as Sector Vice
President and Senior Manager for SAIC's Global Internet Business
Strategy. He served as Chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology
Council from 1997-1998 and is also a founding member of the Board
of Directors of the Potomac Knowledgeway. Mr. Daniels received his
MS and BS from Northwestern University and JD in Law from the University
of Missouri.
Philip
Herget III
Mr.
Herget has 10 years experience in new business development, corporate
finance, brokerage, investment analysis, and corporate risk management.
He currently manages direct investment and early stage corporate
finance, consulting and management services to portfolio companies,
new business analysis and international telecommunications licensing
as a principal for Columbia Capital Corporation, an Alexandria,
Va-based investment company specializing in emerging technologies.
He is a principal in and Director of Phoenix Wireless Group and
Skywire, L.P., and is a principal of Saville Systems plc. Mr. Herget
received his BA from the University of Virginia and his MBA from
the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel
Hill.
David
MacSwain
Mr.
MacSwain holds nearly 30 years of experience in strategic marketing,
systems and product development for well-known hardware and software
companies. In his role as chief executive officer since June 1996,
Mr. MacSwain oversees SpaceWorks' executive staff, ensuring the
Company's continued leadership role in the sell-side business-to-business
software market. Before joining SpaceWorks, Mr. MacSwain was senior
vice president of marketing and technology at Software AG, one of
the world's largest software application companies. In this position,
he directed the strategic marketing for the firm's entire product
line, which generated in excess of $500 million in annual revenues.
Prior to Software AG, Mr. MacSwain was senior group marketing manager
of Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), where he developed and delivered
the company's marketing strategy for the integration of DEC's computing
system with the IBM mainframe environment. He is a regular author
and speaker for the industry and serves on several boards, including
OpenNetwork Technologies, a national industry leader in eBusiness
and directory service software; Intersect Software Corporation,
a developer of enterprise scale R&D/Engineering software applications;
and WebCritical Technologies, Inc., a leading developer of B2B exchanges,
corporate exchanges and e-Business systems for Fortune 2000 companies
and the financial services market.
Keith
Miller
Mr.
Miller has been with General Electric for more than 10 years spending
the prior nine leading GE Aircraft Engines' business development
function that included acquisitions, dispositions, and partnerships.
This past year, Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President of GE
Equity's Technology and Communications Group. Prior to working with
GE, Mr. Miller was a consultant with Strategic Planning Associates
(now part of Mercer Consulting), providing management consulting
on competitive product strategy, acquisitions, and cost reductions
for clients in a variety of industries including Aerospace, Banking
and Power Generation. He also has served as a Product Marketing
Manager in Hewlett Packard's Optoelectronics Operation. Mr. Miller
has a Bachelor of Engineering Science from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore
and an MBA from Wharton in Philadelphia.

P. Mixer
Mr.
Mixer is founder of Columbia Capital Corporation, an Alexandria,
Va-based investment company specializing in emerging technologies,
and currently serves as a Managing Director. He is Columbia Capital's
principal and a Director of Saville Systems plc, Telular, and Sterling
Cellular. Involved in the communications industry since the early
1980's when he worked in corporate planning for AT&T, Mr. Mixer
joined the Providence Journal Company in 1983, assuming a leadership
position in the development and management of their telecommunications
business. As President of Providence Journal Cellular, Mr. Mixer
led the company to industry prominence as one of the most aggressive
acquirers of cellular properties in the country. Mr. Mixer holds
a BA from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and an MBA from Harvard
Business School.

Chris Wagner
Mr.
Wagner has over 14 years of sales experience in the Information
Technology industry. He is currently President and CEO of Metiom™,
formerly Intelisys Electronic Commerce, which is a leading provider
of e-Marketplace solutions used by Global 2000 companies, large
public sector organizations, and small businesses. At Metiom, Mr.
Wagner drives the overall direction and vision of the company. His
experience selling mission-critical applications and his senior-level
contacts within large-scale enterprises makes him a valuable asset
to SpaceWorks board of directors. Prior to Metiom, Mr. Wagner served
as senior vice president for Computer Associates (CA) International,
Inc., the world leader in mission-critical business software - where
he was responsible for managing and directing the growth of CA's
leading revenue producing unit in North America. Mr. Wagner has
also served in senior management roles at Johnson Systems, Inc.
and Technassociates, Inc.
Mark
Warner
Mark
Warner is one of the leading entrepreneurs in the high technology
industry and is recognized as one of the pioneers of the wireless
communications sector. As managing director of Columbia Capital
Corporation (Alexandria, Va), an investment company specializing
in emerging technologies, he helped found or was an early investor
in four public and ten private companies such as Sterling Cellular,
Phoenix Wireless, and Saville Systems and Telular. He co-founded
Nextel, a leading provider of advanced digital mobile telephone
technology, as well as Capital Cellular Corporation which created
the original secondary market in non-wireline metro area cellular
system minority partnership interests. In addition to his role as
a high technology entrepreneur, Mr. Warner has been very active
in public policy debates on the state and national level. In 1996,
he ran for the U.S. Senate seat from Virginia, on a platform of
harnessing the Technology Revolution to increase educational and
economic opportunity for all Virginians. Mr. Warner is a graduate
of George Washington University and Harvard Law School.
