ATM manufacturer Diebold "...has acquired a perpetual license to use SpaceWorks' Web BusinessManager Suite. The deal will expand Diebold's existing ERP system to include features like real-time order placement, tracking, inventory queries, product returns, and shipping updates. It will also give Diebold representatives in the field the opportunity to perform order management from laptops and mobile devices. Finally, SpaceWorks and Diebold are working together to refine an interactive sales application that will generate and configure ATM specifications based on a customer's responses to a series of online questions."
