SpaceWorks
comprehensive and competitive benefits program reflects the company's

Medical
All
regular, full-time employees are eligible for medical insurance
through the Phoenix Home Life PPO on the first day of employment
with SpaceWorks. With the PPO plan, you have the option to use either
in- or out-of-network physicians. SpaceWorks pays a substantial
portion of your monthly medical premium.
Dental
The
Phoenix Dental PPO program is offered to all regular, full-time
employees, who are eligible to participate on their first day of
employment. Under the program, you can select dentists from inside
or outside the network. Your monthly dental premium is subsidized
by SpaceWorks.
Paid
Leave
- Vacation: Full-time employees receive 15 days of paid
vacation per year, which is accrued monthly from your date
of employment.
- Holidays: We observe 10 paid company holidays per year.
- Floating Holidays: Each employee receives 2 paid floating
holidays per year.
- Bereavement Leave: Full- and part-time employees can receive
up to 3 paid days in the event of a death in the "immediate
family".

401(k)
Retirement Plan & Profit Sharing
SpaceWorks
maintains a profit sharing retirement plan with a 401(k) agreement.
Profit sharing is determined annually and contributed by SpaceWorks,
at the company's discretion, on behalf of its employees. Employees
can also use convenient payroll deductions to contribute a percentage
of their earnings (up to the IRS limit) to their individual 401(k)
accounts. There is no waiting period to participate in the 401(k)
plan.
Flexible
Spending
All
regular, full-time SpaceWorks staff can deduct their medical and
dental premiums on a pre-tax basis. You can also use your tax-free
Flexible Spending dollars to pay for dependent care and medical
expenses not covered by your other benefits programs
Life
Insurance & Disability Coverage
Life
insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage are provided
at no cost to the employee. The Life insurance benefit covers one
times the employee's annual earnings, up to $200,000. All regular,
full-time employees also receive both Short-Term Disability (STD)
and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage, which are fully paid for
by the SpaceWorks.
Tuition
Reimbursement
As
a full-time employee, you are eligible to receive up to $1,500 in
tuition reimbursement per semester for education in an area directly
related to your position.

Assistance Plan
SpaceWorks'
Employee Assistance Plan offers free, confidential counseling and
referral services for employees and their families.
Employee
Referral & Recruitment Bonus
SpaceWorks
offers cash incentives to encourage its employees to refer qualified
job candidates. You will receive a $3,000 bonus for exempt positions
and a $1,000 bonus for non-exempt positions if the candidate(s) you
refer is hired and remains employed for six months.
